What an amazing Thanksgiving weekend we had. The weather truly cooperated this weekend, to make up for all those rainy, cold weekends in September.
We went to the cottage for 3 days and so enjoyed being outside in the warm sun and among the beautifully coloured trees. It reminds me how much I love Autumn with the gorgeous colours.
The first picture is the road into the cottage.
And here is hubby doing one of his usual fall chores - mulching some leaves.
The water looked gorgeous with the blue sky - but a little chilly!
Here is a picture of Stu playing in the leaves on the deck.

Great Pictures Mom -- they look so clear, did you take them with Dad's new camera?
I wish I could have come & been there for Thanksgiving. But you'll be here in a few weeks! I wish you could bring Sam, Stu & Pheobe though... Maisie really misses them, especially Stu's tail!
Beautiful pictures! I love Autumn.
What a gorgeous scenery! Thank you for sharing its beauty with us Wendy :) Did you see Christine received your exchange? :) I can't wait to see what you stitched for her, I'm sure it's lovely! :)
What a lovely area you live in, Wendy! The pix are just beautiful!
I love the things you're working on, and Vssh's RR is so sweet. I love birds... in fact, I love all critters.
I love autumn also. It's my favorite season... just doesn't last long enough!
Looks like you had a really nice Thanksgiving weekend. The pictures look fabulous. Thanks for sharing them. :)
Oh, Wendy! What breathtaking pictures!! Our trees are just a shade behind yours!!
I'm so glad you shared those with us--I've been hankering to see some fall leaves, and ours haven't begun to turn yet.
Isn't Autumn the most beautiful time of year? Your pictures are stunning. I'm glad you had a good weekend!
Glad to hear you had a great weekend and thanks for sharing those beautiful pictures.
Have a nice weekend.
The pictures are beautiful We aren't going to get the full autumn follage this year as high winds came in and a lot of leaves are gone now. Oh well. I enjoyed your stitching too.
